MHHS Safe Spaces Gender and Sexuality Alliance (GSA)
The Mott Hall High School Safe Spaces Gender and Sexuality Alliance (GSA) meets weekly to bring LGBTQ+ and Ally students together to socialize, collaborate, educate and advocate to transform our school into a safe space for everyone. All are welcome to participate.
We work on current issues through discussion and the problem solving process, create collaborative partnerships with other clubs, go on field trips, listen to music, play games, create artwork and posters forwarding the safe space message and more.
MHHS Safe Spaces GSA Mission Statement
Mott Hall High School’s Safe Spaces GSA’s mission is to create a safe space in every stairway, hallway, bathroom, office, and classroom for students, staff, and visitors by providing resources, information, and support for LGBTQ+ and allies, educating our community, and communicating our mission, while welcoming everyone’s participation regardless of identity.
