Senior Hub SY26-27

Welcome, Class of 2027!

This is your one-stop hub for everything senior year — what you're required to pay, what's optional, and when everything happens. Please read this page in full before making any payments.

Senior Dues — Mandatory

Every graduating senior is required to pay Senior Dues, totaling $290. This single fee covers the core senior experience:

  • Senior Portraits & Yearbook
  • Senior Award Night
  • Senior Brunch
  • All Graduation Related (Cap/Gown/Venue/etc.)
  • Senior T-Shirt & Hoodie

Senior Dues are NOT optional and must be paid in full before a student can participate in any graduation-related activity — including the graduation ceremony itself, cap and gown distribution, senior awards, and senior brunch. No exceptions will be made after posted deadlines. See the Senior Dues Information page for the full breakdown and payment schedule.

Optional Add-Ons

Two additional experiences are available to seniors but are billed separately and are not part of Senior Dues:

  • Senior Trip (Woodloch Pines Resort) — [$220]
  • Prom — [$140 per student + $120 per guest]

Details, deadlines, and payment plans for each are on their own pages. You do not have to purchase either to graduate or to participate in graduation events.

Refund Policy

Senior Dues ($290) are non-refundable.

Senior Trip ($220) and Prom ($140) are refundable, but only if a written refund request is submitted before March 1, 2027. After that date, both are final and non-refundable. This is because the Senior Trip and Prom require the school to commit to a resort, venue, and vendors based on a confirmed headcount — a number that typically cannot be changed once submitted.

The only exception: if a student officially transfers out of or withdraws from the school, the family will be refunded any portion of Senior Dues, Senior Trip, and Prom payments not already spent on that student's behalf (for example, a photo package already ordered, or a non-recoverable deposit already paid to a vendor, cannot be refunded). This is the only situation in which Senior Dues become refundable, and it applies even after March 1, 2027.

Please note: the 4% processing fee charged on online payments is non-refundable, even when the underlying payment itself is refunded.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing using the Senior Trip/Prom Refund Request Form (see below) before March 1, 2027. A staff member will follow up by phone to confirm the request and the refund amount before it is processed. Verbal or informal requests (texts, hallway conversations, etc.) will not be accepted as an official refund request.
